premo
For those who might like to look at a selection of Victorian tunes in their original condition have a look at www.collectbritain.co.uk and follow the 'Collections' link and then the 'Sing along' link. The tunes are scored for piano, but I am sure that concertinists of the period would have played some of them. Mark
stuart estell
What a marvellous resource; thanks so much for posting this. And you've made me a doubly happy man, as I've just found the song "Birmingham, the workshop of the world" - I've been needing a corny song to sing about my home town

ldpaulson
A little more paging, and some enterprising sort could have a medley of all those "galops" -- The Galop, Galop, Galop. To be fair, it seems there are a lot of tunes in the collection about swells and piers, even swells walking on piers. Great fun to page through! ldp
