Where are you located?

 

For that price, you're probably looking at a "mid-range" accordion-reeded concertina (Morse, Norman, Edgley, Tedrow, Herrington, Sherwood, Marcus, or Geuns -- I hope I haven't forgotten any of them) at best and might need to spend a bit more money even for one of those. They're generally well-built and responsive instruments, though their tone is slightly different from an instrument made with traditional concertina reeds.

 

I'm not sure that I've heard of a "semi-professional" concertina, though I've heard of semi-professional players.

hello everybody, I'm italian (maybe now u can understand why my english is imperfect!) but now I live in Ireland. With semi-professional I mean a well made but also inexpensive concertina instead of an economic instrument both in the price and in the construction. I just want to thank you for the help. Slan
