Mr. Bellows
I'm trying to buy a concertina from a private party located in New York State ( I live in the South West US). Can anyone recomend a reputable third party in the Plymouth New York area? I need someone who can verify the concertina's condition and who can handle the money. Thanks all. Here's a more serious response than my quip to Bill: He's right about handling the money; use a professional service. As for checking the instrument's condition... Plymouth is a bit out of the way. If there are no C.net members near there, Binghamton and Ithaca may be your closest bets for finding a knowledgeable squeezer. I think the right way to go would be to contact one of the local Morris teams and hope they can help.
