Wheatstone English Concertina

Hi,

 

My mum has a Wheatstone English Concertina, Serial Number 21535. I've looked through the ledgers that the Horniman museum have and they seem to stop in 1891, at (off the top of my head) something like 21300.

 

Could anyone tell me when/where I could find out when it was made? I'd guess late 1892 but I am guessing!
