Alfie's Theme

Can someone give me the chords for the first 8 bars (or more if it's easy) of the Sonny Rollins tune 'Alfie's Theme' as used in the film? It's not the Burt Bacharat closing theme 'what's it all, about Alfie', before someone gives me that. A piano arrangement annotated with chords would be even better, but that would be too much to hope for. Just the chords typed in will be fine.

 

The only place I could find it free was a jazz site called sound trellis, and I think they give 'interesting' chord sequences rather than original ones; I've used them twice and ended up less than convinced both times.

 

They showed 'Alfie' on Kiwi TV recently; I've got it on the brain and would like to give it a go.

Thanks Keith; I think that's what I thought it was (without having sat down and yours yet). I moved it up half a tone to A, to give myself as much chance as possible to think about the notes!
