OK Well let me be the first to say a big Hello, right back at you, Mark! :D

I must say, I find them a very friendly & very helpful bunch here, so I'm sure you'll enjoy your visits.

So tell me, do you already play one of these wonderful Threepenny Bit Boxes or are you just thinking about it?

Cheers

Dick

Hi, Mark,

I am new too... just went to NESI 2008 which I *highly* recommend, a lot of fun!! I don't own a concertina yet either. I'm savin' up that $2000 for a duet concertina, where it's the same button for each note, in and out...which seems a lot more logical to me, but... God only knows when I'll have $2000 around with nothing to do. It's a wish list. They sure are sweet though.

Have a good one

Priscilla

Hello again,

I played button accordion in high school some 45 years

ago. I did not play well, but I enjoyed myself. I have

listened to Anglo and English concertina for many years

and I have had a desire to give it a try. I bought Frank

Edgley's concertina tutor on DVD and couldn't put it

down. So I took the plunge and ordered an Anglo from

Frank. I wait with bated breath.

Mark
