Mid-week Music In Chicago

I have a business trip to Chicago in mid May and am hoping to catch some music. Anyone know of a place with tunes or a jam (or someone who wants to have tea and give me some pointers!) that happens on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings? I'm sure there is lots on the weekend and I wish I could stay for that!

David Boveri, who is a member of cnet, knows the Chicago session scene and should be able to help.

 

Wally Carroll and I were in the Windy City for a snow storm and session in February hosted by John Williams. Mr. Williams made us feel very welcome as did all the session participants. Nice folks! Have a great time!
