I purchased it about two years ago from another party. It's in excellent condition--action is good and springy with uniform travel and resistance; only one button has a very minor squeak when pushed--not caused by reeds, but rather due to friction on the button itself in the hole. I presume it could be remedied easily with a little lubrication, but it isn't significant. Still in very good tune--I don't hear any intonation issues and I'm very finicky.

 

BTW--will trade with cash for 30-button anglo.
