David Levine Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 (edited) I'm selling my 30 button C/G Tedrow Zephyr. It's a delight to play - responsive, in perfect tune, light, very fast and precise action. Very pretty gold-tooling and lovely bellows papers. Overall it's like new. It comes with a waterproof semi-soft rubberized case. The new price is $2,500 with a two month wait. This is a gem. I am asking $2,300 for it and I will cover shipping in the US. This is a 10% discount from new and comes without a wait. It's a wonderful instrument as suitable for a beginner as it is for an advanced player. You won't go wrong with this instrument. It's a gem. McIsog Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 I have one of these and it is very nice. About the same size as a jeffries or dipper clare.
McIsog Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 The size is smaller. But I would also say it sounds Louder - though that feels counter intuitive... Mine also has a 7 fold bellows. The standard has 6. How does the Zephyr differ from the Standard?

The bellows and the instrument are very well made and are very air-tight. I think the question of 6 versus 7 bellows folds is irrelevant. BTW, I do have a deposit for the purchase of my Tedrow Zephyr. Edited March 7, 2008 by cocusflute
