In monitoring eBay's listings this morning, I ran across 2 concertinas which might be of interest. Normal precautions against fraud or misrepresentation should be observed.

Lachenal, 46b, rosewood ends, 6-fold duet. Serial # 4262. Some minor problems. Auction at 400GBP, shipping 10GBP-UK, 40GBP-USA. Looks in good condition. Located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK. eBay item 250198206716.

Wheatstone, ME, 40b, 8-fold, C/G anglo. Serial #58768. Recently tuned, A=440. VG condition. Auction at 1400GBP, shipping 40GBP worldwide. Located in Brisbane, Australia. eBay item 200184476717.

The Lachenal comes with the vintage, standard wooden case, the Wheatstone comes with a modern leatherette case. Both look to be in good to VG condition.
