moonsagotunes Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 In another post, I referred to my sore hands. I've mentioned before, at times, how I've tried just about everything, prescription and non-prescription. Well, I happened to find a balm that has really given dramatic results: Indian Blanket Balm by Nuwati Herbals This is available at their website, nuwatiherbals.com, or through Amazon.com. So...if you have dry, sore skin or maybe arthritis, or both conditions -- consider this stuff! I often use food handling gloves with this balm, too, to add to the warming effect. I'm not selling the stuff and don't work for the company....I've simply found this balm to be the only thing that's worked well enough to allow me to play my concertina without pain! The other balms they sell are good, too, though the Indian Blanket one is the most warming one. I can actually play my concertina while wearing the gloves, too...especially if they are sticking to my hands due to the balm. So, at home, I'll do a hand treatment while playing my concertina, but if I play anywhere else and I don't want to make people ask me about why I'm wearing the gloves, by then my hands are at least healed enough that I can play without the gloves or balm.
m3838 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Thanks. I have ordered the Balm for test drive and made a bookmark.
