Is This A Wheatstone

I posted this query on Buy and Sell (probably not the best place). On ebay there is a Wheatstone advertised (130169999324) the serial number is advertised as 3162 which puts it in 1851/54 period. The bit that interests me is that it has exactly the same action as my 1851 Joseph Scates. The question is - is it a Wheatstone or something else and if it is something else-What? I did ask the seller for a picture of the label but nothing yet. Theo Gibbs has expressed a view, in an earlier posting, that the action in my Scates is like a Rock Chidley that he has seen and Dave Prebble says that he has worked on a Nickolds with the same action, I don't recognise it as another Scates. So I guess the question is -does anyone recognise the design?
