Anglo Instruction In Rochester, Ny Area

I live in Canandaigua, New York, between Rochester and Syracuse, New York. Does anyone know of an Anglo Concertina instructor in this area? I'm closer to Rochester than to Syracuse. Any help would be appreciated. Many Thanks,

Tom, I've been searching in Rochester as well, with no luck yet. However, I've been attending an open instructional-level Irish music session every Tuesday night at 7 at the Charlotte Tavern. It has made me a noticeably better player. The musicians welcome new people regardless of level.
