Lester Bailey
Found this while stumbling round the internet. Reminded me of somewhere. Go here
Ken_Coles
Thanks, Lester! When you're one of the guys behind the curtain like I am, some humor helps us along. So, can you guys work out for me if we need a Humor subforum???
JimLucas
...can you guys work out for me if we need a Humor subforum??? Oh my, no! It really helps to have the humor popping up amid the rest as a diversion. Concentrating it would lose its uplifting effect. Right now it appears like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Concentrating it in one place would be like the sun in the desert, with no shade in sight.
JimLucas
Go here Hey, they forgot the guy who asks where to find light-bulb resource materials in Braille.
Dan Madden
Yes, it does seem all forums are the same. They forgot one thing though. The question was "How many forum members does it takes to change a light bulb?" A careful tallying of their correct detailed answer that accounts for multiple posts produces the final answer: three forum members.
dbowers
I've been wondering where to post this, and this seems a reasonable place for silliness. Has anyone noticed that there are several Angola cncertinas listed on eBay at the moment? For instance: item #3700509494
Stephen Mills
Yes, I've been wondering about my fellow (near-)Houstonian there. Would you buy a concertina from dealer whose specialty is microscopes?
JimLucas
Has anyone noticed that there are several Angola cncertinas listed on eBay at the moment? If you're suffering anguish because you can't afford an Æola, perhaps the Angola is the instrument for you?
Pete Dickey
Could we add another 426 C/net forum members who would be playing to the old light bulb because it had been such a splendid thing? Pete
Daniel Bradbury
Or perhaps 218 volts, instead of the 220V?
Jim Wright
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtian!
