It went for just over GBP4k - to Chris Algar. Looks like a bargain these days Much better than the kit one that went for 4.5k

It was interesting to see a Jeffries that didn't go to old mate Busmic. Does anyone know if he is a dealer or just a well cashed up collector absorbing as many concertinas as possible. I see he also bought a tedrow lately. There are only so many instruments that one person can play.

At 4-5K UKP he is one of 3 things -

 

a dealer;

 

an investor;

 

or government sponsored acquiring the instruments under the guise of a cultural development grant.
