Need Info On Mw Concertina Model S-4-2

I recently aquired a Montgommery Ward concertina model S-4-2. It is in very good shape and is still in the original box an has the chord chart. Does anyone have any information about this concertina? Any information would be appreciated.

I'd guess that it was German-made and early 20th century...but we can't tell you you much without seeing some pictures.
