Actually two of them: here and also here. Looks like a hijacked eBay ID to me. I have just sent eBay messages to the ID owner. Looking more closely, these alleged concertinas look like one tiny corner of a massive and automated fraud attempt here. I have contacted eBay and hope that they deal with this soon.

Daniel,

Did you think to also notify eBay UK? I just checked and they're not on auction........yet. Many times eBay UK will carry US items under "See All Items", which is a world-wide listing. Gotta cover ALL the bases and "NAIL" these turkeys!

Maybe not such a good idea, as that means the hijacker of the account is going to receive them?

If they're delivered like C.net Forum PM's, I would think so.

But if they're sent by eBay to the account owner's email address, then the hijacker would also have to hijack that email address, which would be on an independent server, and possibly even in a different country.

Unless it's not a hijack at all, but someone with a lot of chutzpah using their account to see how much cash they can get away with before being shut down. With (nearly?) all of the ID's earlier listings removed, it's interesting to see what's there now. Not exactly items to inspire my trust.

Jim,

Messages sent to the seller will be delivered to their "My eBay", but if the account has been hijacked then only the hijacker will have access to that, as well as by email, but with their control of the account the hijacker will be able to change the email address too.

True. Good point.

Indeed, and that hadn't occurred to me. Since the crook had put an e-mail address in the body of the listing and told people to use that one, I had assumed that eBay messages would go to the true account owner...but I certainly could have been wrong. Still, what risk was I taking by sending the message? The crook may now have my e-mail address, but that's already out there on the Concertina FAQ and probably in some Google-able listserv archives too. Or am I missing something?
