I have a similar, albeit full sized, 20b Jones with identical papers (But no paper plaster repairs thank goodness! The steel action arms, rivet action and in particular the air valve mechanism would point toward Jones. And that is not even mentioning the broad steel reeds. Cute! The papers are typical and very similar to those on the E.
