The rapid fire button on a digital camera is not to be trifled with.

 

I have a similar, albeit full sized, 20b Jones with identical papers (But no paper plaster repairs thank goodness!

 

The steel action arms, rivet action and in particular the air valve mechanism would point toward Jones. And that is not even mentioning the broad steel reeds.
