The buyer states: "Entries from 1869 to 1884 give Emanuel Myers at 27 Walworth rd SE, and instruments bearing this label are reported as being made by George Jones." and "As my source states, concertinas in this age bracket (1869-1884) were most likely made by George Jones."

hmm................any comments?

Well last time somebody on eBay quoted that text the instrument was a Louis Lachenal, but this one looks like a George Jones alright. The bellows look typically Jones and the ends remind me of the (fancier) faux-amboyna one that I've got:
