The right-hand looks like a piano-type set-up (possibly the Rust system mentioned by Brian Hayden in this article) but the left side looks more like an "Anglo" (in this case probably more accurately called a "20-button German"). Has anyone played one of these? The seller seems a bit confused about whether it's "chromatic" or "diatonisch"--he/she may mean bisonoric vs. unisonoric, or perhaps not.
