Hi All

 

My wife has a Wheatstone concertina she would like to get an evaluation on.

It is a 6 fold, 6 side 46 key(i think) 3 and 3/4 and it is immaculate sn:56669

 

is there anyone who can help

Can you add a photo?

Is it English, Anglo or Duet?

Are the ends metal, ebony, rosewood or mahogany?

Metal buttons or bone?

 

Having said that, I'll go and look in the Dickinson archives!

 

All these are needed to get a decent evaluation

 

and it says ..........A138, 2A. I'm not sure what that means but it comes from Wheatsone's later years which is not good (but not necessarily too bad either).
