Eddie Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Hi, can anyone tell me anything about this old Paolo Soprani. It says 'Chromatic' on it and is made of wood, paddle type keys with the reeds connected to the keys at right angles. It also has four more buttons at the rear/opposite side. Any info/comments welcome. Thanks, Eddie
David Barnert Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 Hi, can anyone tell me anything about this old Paolo Soprani. One thing I can tell you is it's not a concertina. There may be folks here who can tell you more, but you're more likely to find help at melodeon.net.

Paolo Soprani initially copied German-made button accordions to a point, and you can still see that influence here, more so than with their later models. Melodeon.net might be a better place to enquire though. MC
