Anybody know if there are any EC-friendly sessions in Chicago this weekend? I'll be there Friday-Tuesday, April 11, for a conference with lectures all day, but no plans for the evenings.

Anybody know if there are any EC-friendly sessions in Chicago this weekend? I'll be there Friday-Tuesday, April 11, for a conference with lectures all day, but no plans for the evenings.

I don't know about anything EC-friendly, in fact I've never seen an EC except in photos, but I'm always looking to expand the horizons of the people in my club, the Cicero Concertina Circle. We meet the first friday evening of the month.

 

Incidentally, if you do find something EC-Friendly in town, I'd like to know about it simply because I'm an outsider to the local "trad" scene and I wonder where such people are hiding. I'm guessing the North Side.
