How To Repair - No Sound In Button In One Direction

Help! One button makes no sound while pressing in but does when drawing out. I'm a novice, but addicted. I've no experience and don't want to do the wrong thing, even though I only have a "starter" anglo. What should I do, and or, not do if I open it up?
