gold designs on anglo concertinas - are they all the same make?

Hello friends,

One month after starting the concertina I’m IN LOVE! again many thanks to all those who helped me start my journey!

I have one question: i see many teachers on oaim or great players/teachers everywhere use what to my uneducated eye look like the same or at least closely related concertinas: gold thin design on the wood and a simpler one on the straps, and (only difference i see) different types of patterned pieces on the bellows.

I imagine these are vintage concertina, is that design common? any pointers to what make or period these anglos are from would be wonderful - yes i’m trying to learn more! many thanks
