I couldn't access the files, google drive just says "access denied".

 

As the concertina was restored, can we assume that it is also tuned to concert pitch?

 

What are the accidentals? As far as I know, Jones used a slightly different arrangement of notes in the 3rd row, compared to the usual Lachenal/Wheatstone layout?
