Hello, does the trade-in that Concertina Connection offers only apply to instruments bought directly from them? Or is it possible to trade in an instrument that was bought elsewhere?

The process should be called “trade up” from one of their starters as opposed to “trade in”.

I believe they said a while back that they do accept instruments bought elsewhere (possibly depending on condition) but I would suggest emailing them to ask about their current policy.
