Bandoneon Micro Harmonica - Compact Frame and Few Reeds Set from Harmonicas SRL

I am collecting everything bandoneon related for 15 years but I can say I am still beginner.

I found harmonicas srl manufactures bandoneon reeds and small 4 reeds within compact frames.

Can I make a bandoneon sounded micro sized harmonica with compact frames with reeds ?

I am thinking coating frame with polyester and add 3d printing.

I dont know purpose of the small framed reeds - 4 or so reeds - but building material is the same with bandoneon reeds , may be tuning can be identical.
