FS Two Antique EC Thumb Screws

Hello, these two EC thumb screws measure approx 12-14mm diameter, the threaded part is approx 2mm thick. They are antique and I believe are nickel plated brass? Come with their little brass inserts and mounting screws. I believe it is a British thread of some sort? Feel free in asking any questions whatsoever? I'm interested.  But can you confirm the diameter of the brass inserts?  I'm not sure if there's a standard size for these, but I need to make sure they fit where they need to.
