Jim Besser Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Carolan's Welcome, recorded for the Tunesday Tuesday Facebook group. I generally don't play O'Carolan tunes - the Jeffries Anglo is a bit too honky and strident for pretty harp tunes like this. But it's fun to play and to experiment with chording. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I15y6MkDpao 7
Johanna Posted November 11 Posted November 11 Lovely! I was just thinking that I need to learn this one.
Robin Harrison Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Very nice Jim......but I think your perception of a Jeffries anglo being inappropritae for Carolan is wrong. And just listening to your restrained and sensitive playing convinces me I am right ! Thanks for putting it up. Robin

Matt Heumann Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Amazing job of managing the smoothly flowing style of O'Carolan on Anglo. Bravo, Jim!
