Those ICC papers look exactly like the ones Sandylaneman used to have, though he's no longer selling anything on ebay. I saw David was also in the US, as am I - would shipping those here be cost effective, I wonder?

Sandylaneman makes bellows for ICC. I am not aware that ICC sells that bellows papers separately.

I've previously bought replicas of vintage Lachenal/Wheatstone/Jeffries/Jones etc. papers directly from @d.elliott

 

Alternatively I print papers for my own instruments and sometimes sell sets to other repairers. They are all new designs, not replicas of vintage designs.
