saguaro_squeezer Posted September 19, 2025 Posted September 19, 2025 (edited) Friends, I’ve bought and sold a few and would like to find another. Herrington, Tedrow or an undiscovered kind. 30 button would be ideal, C:G is fine. Let me know if you have one in need of a home. Kind regards, Rod Edited March 12 by saguaro_squeezer
jgarber760 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 (edited) I am curious… do you like the way they look or prefer those particular brands for the way they sound and play? Oh, I see… they do look cool and unusual. https://hmi.homewood.net/square/ I would think you might like one shaped like a saguaro. 🙂 Edited March 13 by jgarber760
saguaro_squeezer Posted March 13 Author Posted March 13 J, I just like the feel of them. The Tedrow that I had was a beautiful box (as all of Bob Tedrow's instruments are!) and both Herrigtons were really fun ... and smaller that the Tedrow. The real Henry Harley played pretty well after Nigel Sture overhauled it but it was a whole different class of instrument not to mention being an antique. I'm afraid that it would be me making the noise if I really squeezed a saguaro!
