Chris Ghent Posted June 21 Posted June 21 This one, or one like it has featured here before. Can’t think what the search terms would be to find it. Definitely one for Stephen Chambers or Geoff Crabb.
DDF Posted June 21 Posted June 21 I think that is the one with lots of sound effects built in. If so it was Ebay for ages with a buy it now or maybe starting bid of 5000£?Guess it will find its appropriate value now unless a high reserve has been set?

Peter Laban Posted June 21 Posted June 21 The auction listing is for the Ken Hopkins collection. The original eBay listing states it was part of that collection.
alex_holden Posted June 21 Author Posted June 21 Ah right, I'd forgotten about the previous eBay auction. It would be interesting to take a look inside and see what effects it has and how they work.

Clive Thorne Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Follow up to my suggestion above: The Ebay listing makes no mention of the case, which I'd have thought it would, if it had one. Is it possible that these are two different instruments?

In the ebay description it says that it belonged to Ken Hopkins, as did the one in the auction listing, and his son quoted Ken as saying that it was the only one he ever saw. 1
