stuart estell
Folks, for all of you who may be interested, I've just received the following mail from the composer Hazel Leach about the new section of her website selling her compositions. There are works for English concertina in the "Music for soloists and small ensembles" section and more information on the concertina works here. --- Calling all concertina-players.... I am pleased to announce that most of my compositions can now be bought online. Many of the pieces have been recorded, several have won international prizes. The website includes many .pdf samples, and thanks to the miracle of modern technology I can now e-mail full scores and parts in .pdf format, saving both time and money on slow and expensive postage. Aquarussell
I have bookmarked the URL and when I have time, I think I will have a look at (at least) the Circles pieces, they sound interesting. . . Russell Hedges
bellowbelle
Yes, looks interesting. I've printed a copy of Circles 1 to try, after I've caught up on things around here and have more time to learn new music.
pauline de snoo
There are some soundfiles of Hazel's compositions on My Webpage but Circles will be included later this month. There are now 3 of those solo pieces. I will make an mp3 of the first one. You can also listen to parts of new music by other composers.
