Marmotin Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 (edited) Hi everyone, As I'm newly registered here, I thought it would be great to say hello with a present and thanks for all the nice informations I already found there from time to time. This is a lovely place for an isolated french, Belgium based, EC player like me I searched the forum the best I could and saw that some people might be interested by french music. Here is a website with 500 dances from Auvergne (some of them from Rouergue and maybe more). They're all originally intended to be played with a cabrette bagpipe but are just fine for concertina too. You will find bourrées, regrets, marches, valses, mazurkas, scottishs and polkas. All in dots and recorded at slow tempo for learning purpose. https://www.ligue-auvergnate.com/patrimoine/musique/la-cabrette/partitions Hope it will make at least one person happy Edited December 28, 2024 by Marmotin Correcting a language mistake and make a precision 1 1
