Edward Jay "Custom D" 20 Button Concertina Layout

Does anyone know anything about this layout? Edward Jay has a 20 button "custom D" concertina listed on his website. I looked around but I don't see a map or description of this layout. I know his books are closed at the moment so it's unlikely fro me to get my hands on one but I'm interested in what the layout is for a 20 button concertina.
