A reaction to the sad news of the upcoming loss of a local gathering place and coffeeshop, destined to be turned into yet another awful generic fast-food joint. Civilization going backwards yet again!

That is a fine tune. Some nice potential for harmonies as well as interesting chording.

 

And the closing of a good local coffee shop is indeed fit subject for a lament.
