I have owned this rare monster for a number of years but sadly I do not play it often enough it is up for sale.I do have some provenance on the box and some information from Geoff Crabb, It was last worked on by Crabb and is in concert pitch and in superb condition with the 8 fold airtight bellows. I will be providing some photos in the next couple of days.

Hello, my main Crane is a 68 key Crabb which I use for singing with, the extras on the 80 key are  at the max stretch on the right hand end add old age and it is a problem for me. I do have some provenance on the history of the last owner with his purchase receipt.

Regards.

Mike.

Jeez, do you pick your wrists up off the rests to play the far buttons? Or do you just need massive fingers?

Hi Leah, long fingers and loose straps have proven beneficial.

Mike, sending you a PM.  Having had a number of Crabb Cranes, the 80 button and Geoff’s 16-sided would be my two Holy Grails … if you are allowed two, that is!

Looking forward to seeing the photos (and the price tag). I play a 'mere' 67-key Crane. I had no idea there were 80-key Cranes. Definitely interested.

Ihave just done some more photos which will be on the site soon ,there is a slight problem with the restrictions on the file size,we will persidt
