Which ones have you found that match concertina spacing? On all of my real Cranes, the vertical spacing is 11 mm, and I have not been able to locate any commercially available buttones that allow for that spacing. Horizontal spacing is not much of an issue, we are talking 16 vs. 18 mm there.

 

I don't have a 3D printer myself either, but there are tons of printing services and marketplaces (be aware of the latter) out there to which you can send your .stl files and who will do the printing for you.

bummer, I just received the final parts, should have known before designing pcb and end plates...

 

Isn't the travel of .25 to .3 mms a little tight?

edit: I use FreeCAD to make stl files. Lots of tutorials for using it, but not always intuitive. Feel free to contact me per pm if you need a jump start.

The travel hasn't bothered me, but it might bother someone else.
