48-Button Wheatstone Crane - SOLD

48 button Wheatstone Crane concertina in good condition. Wheatstone number 34458 dating it from February 1937. A good loud player and with very clean responsive steel reeds. The concertina is in concert pitch and in tune with good airtight bellows. On left side the C#3 has been replaced by an F2 (this appears to be how it was originally made by Wheatstone). Comes with the original case (+ key)

 

There are a couple of marks on the left side (see pictures & not my doing!) and the leather handles are worn but the concertina but serviceable. It is otherwise in great condition. The concertina will be double boxed and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, insured (£30 in the UK). Happy to sell outside the UK but beware of taxes!
