Does anyone here know how to reach Prof. Agustin Chura Sirpa in Bolivia?

 

He published a tutor for the English concertina, Guia Para Interpretar La Concertina, for "la musica boliviana" in 2019, but all I'm finding is a YouTube excerpt (now added to the master list of concertina tutors here on CNET). I would love to find a copy of the book, or better yet, work with him to get it available on Amazon and elsewhere.
