JackWoehr Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 I just wish to refer Hayden fans to my Jax Visits Homewood Music page and say that Bob Tedrow's Hayden kicks butt and takes names. I am recording tomorrow and I'm using a Garmoshka because I just can't do the syncopated thing I want to do on my Stagi Hayden due to lack of the right side middle-C#. It's there on the Tedrow. Who knows what the future will bring, but at the moment, I'm determined that he's the leading candidate for my next Hayden upgrade.
Chris Timson Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 Thank you for the photos. I always wanted to call in on Homewood Music, but geography being what it is the likelihood of that ever happening is sadly low. Now at least I have a mental picture of what it's like there. (The rest of your site is interesting, too ). Chris

A fine enterprise, however you see it.

Yeah, it definitely has the atmosphere of "artsy, unhurried music store" which is rarer these days than it once was. Also, Homewood is a nice 'burb. Kinda college town yet very Deep South at the same time.
