Sid Wayne Goldsmith
Hi all. I'm selling this very rare and brilliant instrument. Bought from A C Norman who'd refurbished it and added new bellows. The pads are original and still functioning perfectly so they weren't replaced but valves and bushes were. It's the fastest playing baritone I've ever tried and sounds fantastic. The strident rich but not harsh tone that Jeffries are famous for in their anglo concertinas. I couldn't find any reference online to another Baritone Jeffries English so it may be the only one, although there was a similar looking tenor model posted on here in 2018. Video here I'm based in Bristol and asking £6250 A donation will be made to CNET if it sells here and also a donation to British Heart Foundation as this was A C Normans wish when selling it to me.
