Thanks for this, but a couple of things:

1)  Maybe you should shorten the filename of your .pdf file.

2)  When I plug the first .abc example in your file:

into EasyABC, I get the following score which is clearly not what was intended.

All of the notes in the bass clef are an octave too high, it should read:

which gives us:

I also changed the slurs in the original .abc into ties, assuming that was what Judy meant.

Don.

I’ll bet she also didn’t mean a 9-bar phrase. Rather than ties (or slurs) to a 9th bar, I would have put a fermata over the 8th bar and left it at that.

I found adding "middle=d" worked with my tool to automagically tranpose the bass:

X:1
T:The First Leaves of Spring
M:3/4
L:1/4
K:G
V:1 clef=treble
V:2 clef=bass middle=d
[V:1] |: GAB | BAG | AGA | BAG | GAB | BAG | ABA | (G3 | G3) :|
[V:2] |: G3 | B3 | c3 | d3 | G3 | B3 | c3 | (B3 | B3) :|

Actually, that’s an octave lower than what’s no doubt intended (and lower than the range of many Haydens). The two voices should be an octave apart.

Try “middle=D” instead: https://tinyurl.com/4nzt2s2b
