Paul Read Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Very nice 32B Jones. The bidder's I.D. kept secret. I may be wrong, but I smell a scam. Anybody recognise these pictures from earlier in the year?
Boney Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 This one? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=7532814360
Paul Read Posted July 21, 2005 Author Posted July 21, 2005 Boney, Thanks, I copied the http then forgot to add it. Good job I put 'Jones' in the title!
Stephen Chambers Posted July 21, 2005 Posted July 21, 2005 Yep, seen that one before. It's #18741, and had a lot more photos for the genuine auction (I have some of them saved).
Stephen Chambers Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 And here it is once more. eBay informed, yet again !
Stephen Chambers Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 And here it is once more. eBay informed, yet again ! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And yet again ! (It must be setting a record for "encores" )
Paul Read Posted October 14, 2005 Author Posted October 14, 2005 Well done Stephen, I nearly fell for this one!
Stephen Chambers Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 And yet again today! This one keeps coming back to haunt us: eBay Item number: 180026459267 Though no pictures this time. (Maybe the scammer has lost them?) eBay informed, once more.
david robertson Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 And yet again today! This one keeps coming back to haunt us: eBay Item number: 180026459267 Though no pictures this time. (Maybe the scammer has lost them?) eBay informed, once more. I was idly wondering (it's what I do best) what would happen if I put in an absurdly high bid. Surely the scammer wouldn't have the brass neck to complain to eBay when I didn't pay...would he?
