Geoffrey Crabb Posted June 11, 2023 Posted June 11, 2023 (edited) It has been my ambition to sort the mammoth amount of long held concertina etc. paperwork acquired over the many years of Crabb involvement. During this exercise, I came across this complimentary picture from Jack Easy, 'The Musical Midshipman'. Probably in our collection because 'we' maintained his instruments, albeit they were mostly Wheatstone. This player has been discussed variously and the picture may be known but I thought I would post it. Geoff Edited June 11, 2023 by Geoffrey Crabb 4
aeolina Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 Jack was a fine Glasgow musician associated with the famous Logan family of performers. https://raretunes.org/jack-easy/ 1
Mark Davies Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 Some more Jack Easy photographs. He was a great friend of my concertina playing pal from Haydock, Lancashire, Harry Hatton and I met him a few times. 3
