R Burgess
I bought this beautiful tenor-treble Edeophone last year from Mike Acott and I’m selling it for the same price I paid - £3,500 (including case). It’s in very good nick thanks to Mike’s refurbishment and plays well. I’m selling it because my long-lost 64-key Wheatstone Aeola, stolen five years ago in Oslo, has turned up again - and I couldn’t resist buying it back from the insurance company. I live in Norway, but the Edeophone is now at my brother’s house in England (north of Oxford) and I will be going there in June for a few days (10th-15th). I’m prepared to deliver it myself to a serious buyer who isn’t too far away. Or meet halfway. Or whatever.

alex_holden
I'm curious how your stolen instrument was found, was the thief caught, and where was it over the past five years?
R Burgess
There was at least one remove between the guy who stole it (in Norway) and the guy who was selling it (in Sweden). The latter didn't know it was stolen - he bought it (very cheaply!) from a second-hand shop in Denmark.
