Yours is the next model up, the more-expensive, standard, model of Wheatstone built by Louis Lachenal, and No. 10 on Lachenal's 1859 price list. It has the more intricate machine-cut (spindle-cut) fretwork that became the norm for most of Wheatstone's/Lachenal's production.
