SIMON GABRIELOW
Yes, it's the June event if the year for HM Queen ( God bless her)! Why don' t we all do a version ( tune) based upon National Anthem? I am thinking; and also being inspired, by Alan Day's own "March of the concertinas".. which set a challenge and produced a good number of versions by people on net. Add your own versions on net.? Go on have a go! ( I have already done my own before anyway).. I am sure she would be ... ....."Most amused"!
Alan Day
Here we go then, God save the Queen Folk style. Please allow for my finger being out of action due to a broken tendon. I think my Knighthood may be in jeopardy Al

SIMON GABRIELOW
Her majesty has asked me to say, in confidence, that she does not expect everyone to be Royalty potty, ( as she puts it).. but just treat the tune as a neutral melody to have fun with. Have a go and see what you too can make of it.. "God bless em"!
